  2. Built routing logic to match users to relevant templates on first session
  3. Added a forced execution step requiring at least one complete workflow run in session one
  4. Compressed trial onboarding to focus on one workflow rather than platform overview

The trial needed less distance, not more time. When the trial is structured around completing one thing rather than exploring everything, activation becomes inevitable rather than aspirational.
