Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 October 2026

This website collects as little as it can. Here is exactly what that means.

  1. 01

    Who is responsible

w144, Zürich / EU, is responsible for the processing described here. Questions about your data: contact@w144.eu.

  2. 02

What this website does not do

    • No cookies and no local storage.
    • No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising.
    • No forms and no accounts.
    • No third-party requests: fonts, images and 3D scenes load from our own server.
  3. 03

    Server logs

When you open a page, the server that hosts this website may record technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. We use it only to keep the website secure and to fix errors, and keep it no longer than that purpose needs.

  4. 04

    When you email us

If you write to contact@w144.eu, we use your address and message to reply and to prepare a possible engagement. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists. We delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

  5. 05

    Hosting

The website runs on a server operated for us by a hosting provider, which processes the server logs above on our behalf and for no other purpose.

  6. 06

    Legal basis

We process data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation: to run a secure website (legitimate interest) and to answer your request or prepare a contract.

  7. 07

    Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@w144.eu.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU the authority of your country.

  8. 08

    Changes

We update this page when the website changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
